"Camelbak Pit Boss 100-Ounce Hydration Pack" Specification
Designed with the backcountry skier and boarder in mind, the CamelBak Pit Boss hydration pack is engineered to hold enough gear for a full-day backcountry adventure. The high-volume pack is made using a tri-zip build, which allows for easy access to all your essential gear. The design lets you access items through the top even with skis or a board attached, or access gear through the side using the full-length vertical zipper. As an alternative, you can use all three zippers simultaneously to open the pack all the way for fast and easy loading and unloading. The Pit Boss also includes adjustable carrying straps for skis or snowboards. The board-carry straps effortlessly switch between vertical and horizontal board attachments, but also double as pack compression straps. The remainder of the time, the straps tuck conveniently out of the way.
The Pit Boss offers a capacity of 1,800 cubic inches, and includes such convenience features as a front pocket for a shovel blade or skins, a fleece-lined goggle pocket, a load-bearing waist belt with a camera pocket, and glove-friendly buckles and zipper pulls. And, of course, the Pit Boss comes with a 100-ounce hydration reservoir, keeping you refreshed and hydrated throughout your backcountry excursion. Despite all the cargo options, the Pit Boss weighs a mere 2.65 pounds when empty.
About CamelBak
CamelBak is the originator and world leader in hands-free hydration systems. The first CamelBak products proved to be extremely popular among mountain bikers and motocross riders, because it allowed them to drink without taking their hands off the handlebars in technical terrain. The product began to cross over into other sports when scientific studies showed athletes drank more fluids and performed better when they were a CamelBak. Since then, athletes from an ever-growing list of sports and activities began to use CamelBak hydration systems for their convenience and performance benefits. In addition to cycling, CamelBak offers hands-free hydration systems for hiking, running, snowboarding, and skiing. CamelBak's state-of-the-art packs and hydration systems have benefited athletes, outdoorsmen, and soldiers around the world. While CamelBak has grown tremendously since the early days, one thing hasn't changed--CamelBak still believes in the performance advantage that proper hydration delivers for just about any activity.
